Role - ServiceNow ITOM Expert
Location – Remote
Contract to Hire
Mandatory Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist-Service Mapping (CIS-SM)
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Hands-on experience with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ServiceNow Discovery.
- Experience developing and maintaining custom Discovery Patterns.
- Expertise in Service Mapping, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Experience working with MID Servers, Discovery Agents, and related ITOM components.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development, including scripting, workflows, and customizations.
CERTIFICATION:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist-Service Mapping (CIS-SM)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
