In this role, you will see patients via telehealth and work with a multidisciplinary team including medical providers and exercise physiologists to provide best-in-class care and outcomes for your patients - communicating with them both synchronously and asynchronously. This role is perfect for those who want a flexible working schedule and the ability to work from anywhere.<br><br><strong>Minimum Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>We are looking for health coaches with:</li><li>at least a 4 year Nutrition and Dietetics degree, with at least 1 year experience coaching lifestyle and habit changes using nutrition and exercise.
