[Remote] Health eCommerce Associate Director

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Best Buy Health is a healthcare technology organization within Best Buy that helps deliver personalized technology solutions. The Health eCommerce Associate Director will lead digital commerce strategies, oversee customer experience, online merchandising, marketplace growth, and performance optimization, and drive revenue and profitability. The role partners with product, marketing, design, and technology teams to improve digital experiences and identify new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to increase traffic, improve conversion, and optimize digital offerings and promotions
• Partner with product, design, and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and execute digital marketing strategies
• Define and optimize digital user experiences, site merchandising plans, and marketplace expansion opportunities
• Monitor business performance, leverage analytics and insights, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Skills

• 7 years of demonstrated success in an e-Commerce role in a high performing business
• 5 years of leadership experience
• 5 years of project leadership experience
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams through significant organizational change or digital transformation, driving measurable improvements in efficiency and profitability
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, SEO, and applied analytics to drive online sales and customer engagement
• Proven track record of success in managing medium to large-scale e-Commerce platforms and driving online sales growth
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
• 9 years of demonstrated success in an e-Commerce role in a high performing business
• Experience with other e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, eBay, and Walmart
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
