Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Learning Functional Consultant
Location: Remote + Travel

Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Learning Functional Consultant to support implementation, configuration, testing, and production support for Oracle Learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Oracle Cloud Learning based on business requirements.
• Support learning catalogs, courses, offerings, learning initiatives, assignments, and compliance.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, data migration, and deployment.
• Work with Core HR and other HCM modules for end-to-end processes.
• Provide post-go-live support and user guidance.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong Oracle Cloud HCM Learning experience.
• Implementation/configuration experience.
• Knowledge of Learning Management processes and integrations.
• Experience with testing, data migration, and production support.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
