Hospitality College Students Internship Program

About the role

This paid internship program offers students a chance to gain hands-on work experience in the hospitality industry. The program runs for 8 to 10 weeks during the summer of 2027. You will work in a specific role while also having the opportunity to shadow various departments of interest to broaden your understanding of hotel operations.

What you'll do

• Work in one of the following roles: Event Set Up Attendant, Culinary, Restaurant Server, Banquet Server, or Barista.
• Shadow departments including Housekeeping, Front Office, Event Planning, and Restaurants.
• Participate in classes and team building activities designed for interns.
• Gain exposure to the operations of a large-scale private hotel and conference center.

What you'll need

• Current enrollment in a hospitality program at a college or university.
• Ability to provide your own housing and transportation for the duration of the program.

• This internship is located in Westlake, Texas.
• The role is on-site.
• This is a part-time position.
• Compensation starts at $18 per hour.
