Develop and implement automated control assessment pipelines and evidence collection for Continuous Authorization to Operate (cATO) programs. Provide engineering oversight and technical guidance for zero‑trust initiatives across the enterprise. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate security requirements into actionable design patterns and implementation roadmaps. Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and security reviews to ensure compliance with government regulations. Requirements 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture and engineering, preferably in federal or regulated environments. Deep knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and zero‑trust frameworks. Proven expertise in automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines) for security control validation. Hands‑on experience with continuous monitoring, risk management, and cATO processes. Strong communication skills to convey complex security concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
