🚀 We’re Hiring: Remote Appointment Setter (High-Ticket Coaching/Education Offers)
14-year-old, still GROWING company is looking for 2 experienced appointment setters to join our team with multiple offers in the business opportunity / education coaching space.
Our Setters can expect:
- $40 per qualified attended strategy call
- Competitive commission + bonuses from day 1
• 4% commission on collected revenue from $30,001–$60,000/month
• 5% commission on collected revenue over $60,000/month
• Realistic OTE of $2.5k–$4k+/month
• Top performers can earn $5k+/month
- Warm/hot inbound le every day
- Clear path to grow into closing
- Supportive, high-performing team environment
The $40 qualified attended call pay is paid only on appointments that are booked, confirmed, attended, qualified, and properly tracked in the CRM. No payment is made for no-shows, cancelled calls, duplicate le, fake bookings, unqualified prospects, or appointments not properly tracked.
What we expect:
- Previous high-ticket closing or appointment-setting experience
- Hungry to work, make money, and impact lives
- Coachable/positive attitude
- Hard-working team player with motivation
